A Graduation

A recently completed this layout of my oldest Grandson's elementary school graduation. It was neat to see the silhouette of him and it reminded me of his Mom's (my youngest Daughter) graduation some 15 years ago.

A bridesmaid

A layout of my youngest daughter when she was a bridesmaid.

Isn't she pretty???

A budding artiste!

My Grandson LOVES to play with crayons, paint, markers. Anything that he can make a mess with really. My Daughter gave him a potato and some green paint one day to keep him busy for a while. I made this layout with some of the pictures that she took.

A Layout

Yesterday a creative bug struck and I decided to do some scrapbooking. I did this two page LO that features my youngest Grandson and my only Grand-daughter. The pictures were taken when we went for a walk one night. I always tease my Grandson that he is too fast for me and I won't be able to catch him. Well I caught up to him and caught some photos of the two of them.

My first blog entry

I have been scrapbooking for 2 years now. My youngest daughter introduced me to it and I have been hooked ever since. Both of my daughters scrap and make cards and have taught me some techniques and often share ideas (and supplies!) with me.

So to introduce my BLOG to the world I thought I would start with a scrap challenge that my daughter over at My Memory Corner has posted. The challenge was to create a layout using three supplies ( die cuts, photo corners, and a transparency.) as well as three techniques (distress with ink, emboss, card stock only.)

This is what I came up with. It is a photo of my two girls.

Thanks for looking and I am looking forward to sharing more creations with you!
